The Rise of Mil-Entrepreneurs

Couple of days back I was just going through my Facebook profile and happen to stumble upon a shared video post where in a kid around 14years of age was being interviewed by one of the social moguls who is a  well-known entrepreneur, motivational speaker and an author himself.

I was left aghast by the sheer enthusiasm, confidence, attitude and professionalism the kid displayed.

With this utter curiosity I googled about him and was astounded how the new generation is evolving in today’s world.

I would like to term them as Mil-E’s (Millennial + Entrepreneurs).

This generation of Mil-E’s have their own line of business (Founder’s and CEO) or startup’s. They have published either their own books or comics, earning a ball point figure and are speaking in conferences as a motivational speaker. Not only that even merchandiser’s and business oriented people wish to sponsor them. Sounds like a big lavish life. These Mil-E’s are living the time of their life.

So now you may ask what is so special about these Mil-E’s?
Some fascinating qualities I would like to quote about them is as follows

·    Negotiating skills: They are very good at hustling, marketing, selling or promoting, you can say it is their forte.

·    Business Acumen: They have done all the math and don’t hesitate in taking calculated risks.

·    Passion: They are  passionate in whatever they do be it singing, dancing, riding, modelling or maybe just add value to your life in whichever means it may be.

·    Motivational Speakers: They pass on the synergy to motivate and inspire people daily to achieve their goals. Forget about the Monday blue's folks.

·    Innovative: They have the brightest of the ideas to share with, never shy out in exploring things on their own.

·    Determined: Even if they encounter roadblocks they also have a plan B for rescue and face obstacles diligently.

·    Multitask: They not only manage their business but also their studies and try to do things independently.

·    Value Relations:  When asked who they look up to for guidance or who are their mentors for most of them it is their parents or near family member who encouraged them to do so. They always try to maintain and value their relations be it fans, critics or business partners.

In short moral of the story is “Don’t ever underestimate the worth of the kid next door”!!!
